| Related Announcements Parents…Post Prom Committee Needs Your Help! You have the opportunity to be involved in providing a drug and alcohol-free party for students at Shawnee Heights High School. Plans are already underway for another safe and fun-filled post-prom party at Shawnee Heights. All SHHS parents are encouraged to get involved. It’s a great opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes. This parent-sponsored event will be held in the north wing on Saturday, May 1, 2010. It is open to all Shawnee Heights seniors, juniors, and their dates, whether or not they choose to attend prom. The success of the party depends on the commitment of parents to contribute to the cost of the security, food, facilities, decorations and the entertainment. There is a tremendous expense involved in holding a function of this magnitude. It is well worth the money and energy to know that our kids are safe and having a great time at a drug and alcohol-free party! To donate, please mail your check (payable to Shawnee Heights Post Prom) to Janice Taliaferro, 5330 SE 53rd, Berryton, KS 66409.
