Visual Arts

The Visual Arts Dept. offers a vast array of classes/courses including: Animation, Ceramics, Design, Digital Imaging, Drawing, Graphic Design, Jewelry, Painting, Photography, Photo Journalism, and Sculpture.

We have 5 teachers in the Visual Arts Department:

Ms. Ayers-Berry (BFA from Washburn University and Master of Arts in Education from Baker University)

Mr. Loy (BFA from Bethany College and Master of Arts in Education from Friends University)

Ms. Nelson-Bova (Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from the University of Kansas and Masters in Art Education from the University of Kansas plus 60 hours from various Universities)

Mr. Paget (BFA from the University of Kansas with a teaching certificate from Washburn University)

Ms. Wheeler (BA from Ottawa University and Master of Arts in Education from Baker University)
