TNES 5th/6th Grade Parents/Guardians--
Our 5th and 6th graders have been working hard on their music program and are ready to perform tonight at 6pm in the TNES gym! Below are a few reminders about tonight's performance--
1. Students should report to their classrooms at 5:45pm. If your student is playing their instrument in the performance, they need to drop off their instrument to the bleachers and then head to their classroom.
2. Dress for tonight is flexible! Since the students are performing a "musical" with the setting being "at school," students can dress in their school clothes. The "musical" also spans several decades (1950s-2020s), so students can dress like their from a decade of their choice (this is not required). Either way, please ensure your student looks "concert ready!"
3. Since this is a combined performance with two grade-levels, it is suggested that families carpool if possible since parking will be limited.

I am extending the TNES Camp Invention registration deadline to Monday, April 7th at 4pm.
I've had a few questions about cost and if the two weeks of camp are different activities. The cost for Camp Invention is $0 and the activities are different for both weeks!
If you have already registered your student(s) and only selected one week but would like your student(s) to attend both weeks, please email me at bivensk@usd450.net to change their registration. I will reply to confirm that I have changed your student(s) registration.

5th & 6th grade families- We are down to the last week before their musical performance! Next Tuesday at 6pm for both grades. With it being a combined program keep in mind that parking may be limited and it might be a good idea to carpool. They have been working hard and can't wait to show you!
Today is the day! Our Book Fair Starts today at 4pm! Please join us for an evening of bingo and books! Concessions available at 4:30pm with bingo following at 5pm.
Tomorrow we kick off our book fair! Get prepared now! Bingo will also be in gym for some more family fun!
Kindergarten music program TONIGHT! Program starts at 6pm, students need to report to their classrooms at 5:45pm. We can't wait to see you there!
Camp Invention will be back at TNES this summer for TWO weeks!
Students currently in grades 1st-5th for THIS school year are welcome to attend and will be given priority. Students in grades Kindergarten and 6th will be placed on a wait list, but should still register by the due date if they are interested in attending.
