USD 450 permits the distribution of flyers by various organizations on a nondiscriminatory basis regarding matters of potential interest to students and parents. USD 450 neither sponsors nor endorses any organization or activity represented in such flyers, and any particular activity, content, or viewpoint set forth in any flyer is solely that of the organization shown.

WashburnTech Summer Camp

The camp will cost each student $75 for 4 days of content in which they may choose which programs they are most interested in. The middle school camp (rising 7th and 8th grades) is June 3rd-6th from 9:00-4:00; the high school camp (rising 9th and 10th grades) is June 10th-13th from 9:00-4:00. 2024 FBI Teen Academy

The FBI will once again be hosting its Teen Academy for area students who will be entering their junior or senior year in the fall. This year, the Academy will be in person and be a three-day program. It will be from June 26-28. This will not be an overnight program; students will be required to have their own transportation to our office daily. 

As in the past, the Academy will include traditional sessions including crisis response, SWAT, evidence response team, recruiting, etc. as well as some new case studies and opportunities to learn about additional areas of the FBI.
