USD 450 may post information about school-related organizations, teams, and community events or fundraisers that may be of interest to students and families outside the group or building.

Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors
Ready to trade daily power struggles for cooperation and calm? "Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors" is a free 8-week series designed for parents and caregivers of kids of all ages—from toddlers to teens. Discover how to manage stressful moments, establish healthy boundaries, and build a more peaceful home environment.
Class will run for 8 Tuesdays, starting Oct. 6, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at 327 SW Frazier Ave. A meal will be provided for attending parents. Sorry, but childcare will not be available.

Solar Athletics presents The Haunted Backrooms. Once you enter, the house remembers you. Shadows move, whispers follow, and the walls breathe. Escape is never guaranteed. Something moves in the walls. We don't know what it is. But you can hear it...if you stand still long enough.

SUN Bucks is back for 2026! This one-time benefit of $120 per eligible child per year is available to help families purchase groceries during the summer.
Eligibility Requirements:
The child is aged 7 to 17 and their household already participates in SNAP Food Assistance or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

The child attends a school that offers the National School Lunch or School Breakfast Program, and their household income meets the requirements for free or reduced-price school meals.
