We are in need of individuals who would be willing to help impact student lives when the regular classroom teacher is absent. There is more than one way to qualify as a substitute teacher. You qualify if you hold a Kansas teaching license, have a college degree, or have at least 60 college credit hours. Substitute teachers are paid $100 per day. Shawnee Heights Alumni, Trisa Nickoley, will be inducted tonight into the Topeka Shawnee County Sports Hall of Fame! Nickoley earned 17 5A state championships in cross county and track and has never lost an individual race in state competition. Read More:http://bit.ly/2X6anJ7
